Will fit all 1997 - 2004 corvette models. Coupes, convertibles and z06. Made from a thick, yet lightweight fiberglass laminate. Very solid design. Features a rasied "corvette" text right in the fiberglass. Includes gold plated speaker terminals. Easily installs from rear of car. Factory CD changer must be removed or relocated. Also, the 2 brackets that hold the storage compartment must be unscrewed and removed. Very easy to do. Can still store removavble hardtop.
